IS THERE A CONSULTATION FEE?

There is an initial consultation for first-time visits. It is $50 and done by Dr. Tami Le herself. Your consult exam will include a thorough eyelid analysis, evaluation & assessment, and recommendation. You will have a detailed discussion with the doctor about your issues and goals. A customized treatment plan will be designed for you. The fee will go towards your treatment. A consultation is not needed for returning patients.

CAN I ORDER GLASSES AND CONTACT LENSES?

No, we do not sell frames, glasses or contact lenses. We can help refer you to a recommended provider.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

We are a cashless business. Credit cards and business Zelle is accepted.
